Anxiang Cili expressway, abbreviated as "Anxiang Cili expressway", is the main part of the expressway network of Hunan Province, passing through Anxiang, Jinshi, Lixian, Linli, Shimen and Cili. The launch and construction of the anci expressway project will greatly improve the service level of the regional comprehensive transportation system, accelerate the construction of the economic circle around Dongting Lake in Northern Hunan, and promote the sustainable development of social economy in Northern Hunan. Anci Expressway starts from hejiayuan in Anxiang (connected with Changyue Expressway), passes through Jinshi City, Lixian County (intersecting Dongchang Expressway), yangban Township in linli (guojialing, Nanyue Village), Xiumei Town, shanban township (Niutou Village), Shimen Jiashan and jiepaiya, Miaoshi town of Cili County, and ends in Lingyang town of Cili County. The main line of the project is constructed according to the standard of four lane expressway. The design speed is 100 km / h and the subgrade width is 26 meters. The total length of the main line is 121.14 kilometers (including 98.63 kilometers in Changde City and 22.51 kilometers in Zhangjiajie City). It passes through Anxiang, Jinshi, Lixian, Linli, Shimen and Cili. It is a two-way four lane Expressway with a design speed of 100 kilometers / hour, an estimated investment of 10.25 billion yuan and a construction period of 3 years. In 2017, it is planned to complete an investment of 2.36 billion yuan.



The construction of three sections of subgrade surcharge of Anzi Cixi expressway was started at the same time, which was a battle of subgrade surcharge water bag preloading construction. The processing and mobilization of new water bags have been kept intensive and orderly. Since July 28, the impact of the epidemic has caused great trouble to the transportation of new water bags. Under such a severe situation, the people of suanda actively tried to find ways to find trucks through various channels, so that the water bags could be put into use on the site in time, meeting the construction progress and achieving the expected objectives.




    

The subgrade surcharge of anci expressway is another new work and masterpiece after the subgrade surcharge of Nanyi expressway, Xingshan expressway, Shantou Suei channel, Shantou Zhanjiang expressway, Niutianyang expressway, Guangzhou Nansha port, Xiamen Xiang'an, Zhanjiang Donglei expressway, Yangjiang port and Shantou Hutou mountain.
