The starting and ending chainage of Suei channel project is Ek2 + 000 ～ ek8 + 680, with a total length of 6680m, including 250m long subgrade on the north bank, 360m long subgrade on the south bank, 770m long interchange on the south bank and 5300m long tunnel.

The main construction contents of the project include: south bank open cut structure, north bank open cut structure, shield tunnel, hard rock treatment, internal structure, electromechanical equipment, south bank and north bank wind tower, control center, toll station, South Binnan interchange, cofferdam removal, traffic relief and road reconstruction, underground pipeline relocation and other subgrade, bridge and culvert works, tunnel works, pavement works, traffic safety facilities works, traffic electromechanical works All ancillary works such as housing construction and greening.
